• You are fully responsible for all bets and transactions made from your account — including those made by any third party.
• Report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account to lucky999 immediately.
• It is strongly recommended that you keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled at all times.

Lucky999 supports several deposit methods. All payment methods must be registered in the member's own name.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (bKash, Nagad & Rocket). For bank transfers, the minimum is ৳1,000.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to process.
• Depositing via third-party accounts or another person's payment method is strictly prohibited.

• If a deposit is delayed in appearing in your account, please contact support with your transaction ID.

The following rules apply when withdrawing winnings or funds from your account balance.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum withdrawal limit varies based on the member's VIP level.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit, and only to an account registered in your own name.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
• Standard processing times: bKash / Nagad / Rocket — 2–24 hours; bank transfer — 1–3 business days.
• Lucky999 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on lucky999.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — this applies to live betting as well.
• Lucky999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, bets are generally voided and stakes are returned.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, lucky999 may place payouts on hold until the investigation is complete.
• Match-fixing or betting using inside information in sports matches is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal penalties.
• The maximum withdrawable winnings from a single bet are subject to limits set by lucky999.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lucky999. If detected, your account may be closed and legal action may be taken.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false information or submitting fraudulent KYC verification.
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts or manipulating the system.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.

• Harassing or defrauding other members, or gaining unauthorized access to another member's account.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily deactivate your own account for a set period of time.
• Reality Check: Enable session time reminders at regular intervals.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a betting break ranging from 24 hours up to 30 days.
• If you feel that betting is having a negative impact on your finances, please contact support immediately.

Lucky999 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• Serious violations of the terms and conditions — including multiple accounts, fraud, and cheating.

• When a member submits a request to permanently close their own account.

• Account information leaks or unauthorized access resulting from the member's own negligence.
• Temporary platform unavailability due to technical issues.
• Financial losses from betting — lucky999 does not guarantee any specific outcome.

In no event shall lucky999's total liability exceed the current balance held in the member's account.

Lucky999 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-platform notification.

• Continued use of the Platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
